The Casa Turrent 1880 Rosado Robusto is a Mexican puro and part of the flagship 1880 line, known for its exceptionally well-aged tobaccos from the San Andrés region. The tobaccos are aged for at least five years (wrapper) and up to 10–12 years (filler). The Rosado variant (referring to the reddish hue of the wrapper) is the most balanced blend in the series, combining the smoothness of the Claro with the intensity of the Oscuro. The flavor profile is medium to full-bodied and very well balanced. Dominant notes include roasted coffee beans, leather, cedar wood, and a pronounced nuttiness. As the cigar develops, nuances of creamy caramel and a hint of black pepper emerge, adding complexity and a pleasant spice.
