The Casa Turrent 1880 Colorado Robusto is a Mexican puro and part of the flagship series of the Turrent family, distinguished by the use of exceptionally well-aged tobaccos from the San Andrés region. Wrappers are aged for at least five years, while the filler tobaccos are matured for up to a decade or longer. This results in remarkable depth and smoothness despite its full character. The flavor profile is medium to full-bodied and very well balanced. Dominant notes include creamy cedar wood, roasted nuts, and a pronounced earthy sweetness reminiscent of molasses. As the cigar progresses, nuances of leather, cinnamon, and a hint of black pepper emerge, adding complexity and a spicy kick.
